Vpliv motivacije za delo na organizacijsko pripadnost javnih uslužbencev v Kazahstanu: analiza posredniške vloge zadovoljstva pri delu

Povzetek

Ena od prednostnih usmeritev upravnih reform, ki potekajo v Republiki Kazahstan, je povečanje učinkovitosti javne uprave. Uspeh reform pa bo večinoma odvisen od stanja javne uprave, ki je odvisno od uspešnosti javnih uslužbencev. Ob upoštevanju pomena motiviranih in zadovoljnih zaposlenih pri njihovi pripadnosti je bila ta študija namenjena ugotavljanju odnosa med motivacijo in zadovoljstvom pri delu ter pripadnostjo zaposlenih in preučevanju posredniške vloge zadovoljstva pri delu v odnosu med motivacijo javnih uslužbencev in organizacijsko pripadnostjo v osrednjih in lokalnih izvršnih organih v Kazahstanu. Vprašalnik, prilagojen na podlagi prejšnjih študij, je skupaj izpolnilo 1205 javnih uslužbencev iz petih ministrstev in 4 regionalnih uprav. Rezultati kažejo, da obstajajo pomembni odnosi med razsežnostmi delovne motivacije in organizacijsko pripadnostjo ter motivacijo za delo in zadovoljstvom pri delu. Poleg tega je študija odkrila posredniški učinek zadovoljstva pri delu na hipotetična razmerja. Ta dokument prispeva k obstoječi literaturi o človeških virih o pripadnosti zaposlenih in usmerja vodstvo glede tega, kako izboljšati zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in njihovo pripadnost.
