This study is on impact of work ethics on work culture and overall productivity of organisation: a study from management perspective, provides a comprehensive exploration of the impact of work ethics on work culture and overall productivity of organizations from a management perspective. In today's fast-paced business landscape, organizations are "racing against the clock" to stay ahead of the competition, and a strong work ethic is the "name of the game." Our research finds that organizations that prioritize work ethics tend to have a "can-do" attitude, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and trust. By "walking the talk" and promoting a culture of integrity, organizations can "reap the benefits" of improved productivity, employee satisfaction, and retention. When employees feel valued and respected, they're more likely to be "all in" and go the extra mile to achieve organizational goals. Conversely, a lack of work ethics can lead to a "toxic work environment" that "poisons the well" and negatively impacts productivity. This study provides insights for managers to "get the best out of their team" and create a work environment that is "second to none." By "putting their money where their mouth is" and prioritizing work ethics, organizations can "build a better mousetrap" and achieve sustained success. Our findings highlight the importance of leadership by example, clear communication, and a culture of accountability in promoting a positive work culture. By "striking the right chord" and promoting a culture of work ethics, organizations can "hit the jackpot" and achieve their goals. This study offers practical recommendations for managers to "up their game" and create a work environment that is conducive to productivity, creativity, and success. By "investing in the right people" and promoting a culture of work ethics, organizations can "future-proof" themselves and stay ahead of the competition. Study is based on primary data while chi square test is applied for testing of hypothesis.
