This study aims to analyze the impact of pricing strategy on enhancing the competitiveness of essential oils produced by enterprises operating in the field of medicinal and aromatic plants and essential oils in Algeria. An empirical study was conducted on a sample of enterprises operating in this sector, using a questionnaire to assess the extent to which they adopt pricing approaches based on costs, competition, and consumers’ perceptions of value and quality. The findings reveal a statistically significant relationship and effect between pricing strategy and the improvement of the competitiveness of these products in the domestic market, particularly through increased sales, enhanced customer loyalty, and a strengthened market share. The study recommends developing flexible pricing policies that are responsive to market dynamics and the purchasing power of Algerian consumers.
