Povzetek

It is an effective way to improve the governance performance of rural collective economic organizations from both internal and external perspectives. Taking five provinces in central China as examples, this study systematically examines the influence of both internal and external perspectives on the governance performance of rural collective economic organizations by using the survey data of rural collective economic organizations in five provinces and the regression analysis model and the adjustment effect model. The results show that in terms of internal governance, organizational mechanism, supervision mechanism and distribution mechanism are proved to be the key factors to improve governance performance, and the improvement of internal governance mechanism can have a positive impact on economic and social performance of organizational governance. In terms of external governance, governance organizations, governance resources, and governance objectives are critical to improving governance performance. Through the adjustment effect analysis, this study reveals the important adjustment role of village size in the governance performance of rural collective economic organizations. Due to the abundant resources and high social capital in large-scale villages, the positive effect of rural collective economic income utilization efficiency on governance performance is more significant. This means that the specific characteristics and needs of villages of different sizes need to be taken into account when developing governance strategies.
