Učinki dobrega urbanega upravljanja pri doseganju odpornosti neformalnih naselij v mestu Zanjan, Iran

Rast urbanizacije je ustvarila nove izzive za lokalne oblasti pri doseganju trajnostnih ciljev ZN, kot sta odpornost in vključenost. Ti cilji so najbolj malo verjetni v neformalnih naseljih, za katera sta značilni ranljivost in zavračanje. Ta študija raziskuje povezavo med dobrim urbanim upravljanjem in odpornostjo neformalnih naselij v mestu Zanjan v Iranu, pri čemer kot neodvisne spremenljivke uporablja merila, kot so udeležba, pravičnost, učinkovitost, odgovornost in varnost. Podatki so bili analizirani z uporabo statistične programske opreme SPSS. Pearsonov korelacijski test in multivariatna regresijska analiza sta bila uporabljena za analizo vpliva neodvisne spremenljivke na odpornost neformalnih naselij v Zanjanu. Rezultati so pokazali, da so vse spremenljivke pomembno povezane z odvisno spremenljivko. Rezultati multivariatne regresijske analize so pokazali, da imajo tri spremenljivke, tj. udeležba, učinkovitost in odgovornost, pomemben učinek. Drugi dve spremenljivki, pravičnost in varnost, pa sta imeli manj pomemben učinek na odpornost. Pet kazalnikov indeksa urbanega upravljanja se lahko uporablja kot vodilno orodje za upravljanje neformalnih naselij.
