Decentralizacija in človekov razvoj v Indoneziji: pomen zmogljivosti lokalne samouprave pri doseganju razvojnih rezultatov in izidov

Razprava o vplivu decentralizacije na izboljšanje človekovega razvoja še vedno poteka, zato so znanstveniki začeli raziskovati vlogo vladnih zmogljivosti. Namen te študije je preučiti vpliv zmogljivosti lokalnih oblasti na človeški razvoj v Indoneziji v času reforme decentralizacije v obdobju 1996–2020. Večkratna regresijska analiza ponazarja vlogo zmogljivosti lokalnih organov oblasti v času decentralizacije. Ta študija kaže, da več kazalnikov človekovega razvoja med procesom decentralizacije ni doseglo izboljšanja. Vzrok za neuspeh v človeškem razvoju je bil tesno povezan z zmogljivostjo lokalnih oblasti, da na področjih izobraževanja, zdravstva ter gospodarstva ustvarijo rezultate in izide. Naša študija kaže, kako lahko vlada med procesom decentralizacije spodbuja človekov razvoj s krepitvijo zmogljivosti lokalne uprave.
