Koprodukcija in zadovoljstvo državljanov z javnimi storitvami: primer okoljskih javnih storitev na Kitajskem

Ta študija raziskuje vpliv koprodukcije na zadovoljstvo državljanov z okoljskimi javnimi storitvami. Na podlagi podatkov iz ankete na Kitajskem so ugotovitve pokazale, da lahko koprodukcija poveča zadovoljstvo državljanov z okoljskimi javnimi storitvami. V nasprotju z obstoječimi razlagami obstaja pomembna razlika med zadovoljstvom z osrednjimi in lokalnimi upravami na Kitajskem. Koprodukcija je pozitivno povečala zadovoljstvo državljanov z učinkovitostjo okoljskega upravljanja v lokalnih upravah, pri centralni upravi pa se je to zadovoljstvo le delno pozitivno povečalo. Ugotovitve kažejo, da lahko koprodukcija optimizira strukturo javnih storitev in tako poveča zadovoljstvo državljanov z javnimi storitvami.
