Vrednotenje kakovosti spletnih integriranih administrativnih storitev (PATEN) v okrožju Sidoarjo v Indoneziji

Regionalni program integriranih administrativnih storitev (PATEN) je eden od trenutno zasnovanih spletnih programov za podporo optimizaciji delovanja javnih storitev pri izdajanju dovoljenj in dokumentov v okrožju Sidoarjo v Indoneziji. Namen te raziskave je razviti model vrednotenja kakovosti storitev v informacijskih sistemih s preučevanjem razumevanja in uporabe področja e-uprave. Doseganje ciljev te študije naj bi omogočilo: 1) opredelitev kritičnih dejavnikov za razvoj spletnih modelov vrednotenja kakovosti za PATEN, 2) oblikovanje spletnega razvoja modelov vrednotenja kakovosti za PATEN in 3) sprejetje strategij za razvoj spletnih modelov vrednotenja kakovosti PATEN v vladi regentstva Sidoarjo. Uporabljena raziskovalna metoda je deskriptivna raziskava s kvalitativnim pristopom. Lokacija raziskave sta okrožji Sukodono in Buduran, vlada regentstva Sidoarjo, Indonezija. Metoda zbiranja podatkov je vključevala intervjuje, fokusne skupine in razprave. Rezultati raziskave kažejo shematsko razporeditev kritičnih dejavnikov pri razvoju spletnega modela vrednotenja kakovosti PATEN v smislu razvoja znanja zaposlenih, ki so se pogosto udeleževali delavnic za podporo usposobljenosti zaposlenih pri zagotavljanju javnih storitev; vodstvo močno podpira inovacije. Standardni operativni postopki in inovacijska mreža se nenehno razvijajo. Ta študija razvija na e-upravi temelječ model vrednotenja kakovosti integriranih upravnih storitev podokrožja. Združuje prejšnji model izboljšanja kakovosti storitev elektronsko podprtih sistemov za izboljšanje kakovosti neprekinjene uporabe in model merjenja storitev za potrošnike, ki uporabljajo spletno stran.
