E-uprava v poljskih in madžarskih občinah – primerjalna analiza regulativnih vprašanj

E-uprava je postala pomembno vprašanje v razvoju občinskih uprav. V tem dokumentu smo proučili ureditev Poljske in Madžarske, da bi proučili izzive teh reform. Digitalizacija močno vpliva na poljske in madžarske občine. Na področju upravnih odločitev, odločanja in zagotavljanja javnih storitev so bila uvedena nova orodja in metode. Poudariti moramo, da je platforme, ki se upravljajo na centralni ravni, mogoče celo razlagati kot novo, »mehko« orodje centralizacije. Poljski in madžarski sistem sta sicer podobna, vendar obstajajo razlike, ki so povezane z različnimi pristojnostmi in prostorsko strukturo občinskih sistemov obeh držav.
