Vpliv reforme javne uprave na gospodarski razvoj Zahodnega Balkana

Namen prispevka je raziskati vpliv reforme javne uprave na gospodarski razvoj držav Zahodnega Balkana. Raziskava zajema desetletno obdobje (2009–2019) in je bila izvedena na vzorcu 19 držav (t. i. nove države članice EU, Turčija in 6 držav Zahodnega Balkana). Prispevek poskuša količinsko opredeliti učinek reforme javne uprave na obe spremenljivki gospodarskega razvoja, in sicer na stopnjo realne rasti BDP in trgovinske menjave na prebivalca, v okviru analize in učinka šestih kazalnikov upravljanja, ki jih je oblikovala Svetovna banka, v okviru WGI (svetovni kazalniki upravljanja). Da bi dokazali hipoteze, smo uporabili metodo dinamičnega panela. Rezultati kažejo, da ima reforma javne uprave na Zahodnem Balkanu znaten pozitiven učinek na rast BDP in trgovinsko menjavo.
