Dunajski gradbeni projekti: preusmeritev ključnih dejavnikov uspeha vodenja projektov – večja osredotočenost na deležnike in razvoj mehkih veščin

Povzetek

Čeprav se interes za raziskovanje na področju projektnega vodenja vse bolj usmerja v analiziranje razvojnih trendov v različnih poslovnih okoljih, je javni sektor v tem smislu deležen presenetljivo malo pozornosti. V prispevku analiziramo, kako vodje projektov in drugi deležniki v projektih v javnem sektorju z relativno visoko zrelostjo organizacijskega vodenja projektov dojemajo pomembnost določenih ključnih dejavnikov uspeha vodenja projektov. Raziskava je osredotočena na Dunaj in njegove gradbene projekte. Obsežna kvantitativna raziskava je pokazala spreminjanje dojemanja dejavnikov uspeha ključnih projektov, in sicer krepitev pomena razvijanja mehkih veščin in vodenja s strani deležnikov.
