Ali finančna samozadostnost občin vpliva na učinkovitost muzejev, ki so jih ustanovile? (Študija primera na Češkem)

V prispevku je analiziran in obravnavan vpliv fiskalne decentralizacije na učinkovitost muzejev, ki jih vodijo očine. Preverjamo hipotezo, da lahko z vidika prihodkov finančno bolj samozadostne občine učinkoviteje vodijo muzeje kot občine z nižjimi ravnmi finančne samozadostnosti. Za analizo smo uporabili finančne podatke za leto 2015. Analizirali smo učinkovitost muzejev z uporabo analize ovojnice podatkov (DEA). Hipotezo o vplivu finančne samozadostnosti smo preverjali z regresijsko analizo. Pridobljeni rezultati niso potrdili hipoteze.
