Socialno podjetništvo in razvoj lokalne samouprave – dokazi iz Črne gore

Povzetek

Glavni cilj prispevka je raziskati povezavo med socialnim podjetništvom in razvojem lokalne samouprave, da bi uspešno in učinkovito usmerili potencial te oblike podjetništva k večjemu vključevanju socialno ranljivih skupin in boljšemu razvoju lokalne samouprave. Avtorji so razvili konceptualni model, ki raziskuje učinke socialnega podjetništva na razvoj samouprave ter vpliv razvoja samouprave na dojemanje in odnos do te vrste podjetništva. Rezultati raziskav kažejo, da anketiranci menijo, da imajo dejavnosti socialnega podjetništva pozitiven vpliv na razvoj lokalne samouprave; menijo tudi, da so glavne ovire za močnejši razvoj socialnega podjetništva v lokalni samoupravi nejasen status socialnih podjetij, slab dostop do financiranja in splošno pomanjkanje podjetniškega duha. Rezultati so pomemben prispevek oblikovalcem politik pri ugotavljanju in razumevanju povezave med razvojem socialnega podjetništva in lokalnimi samoupravami.
