Javni izdatki za šport, rekreacijo in prosti čas: analitični pristop v samoupravnih regijah Češke republike

Članek obravnava financiranje športa na regionalni ravni v Češki republiki. Cilj dokumenta je oceniti športne in prostočasne dejavnosti, pri čemer se osredotoča na dodeljene javne izdatke iz regionalnih proračunov v samoupravnih regijah Češke republike. Odnosi med javnimi izdatki za šport ter javnimi izdatki za prostočasne dejavnosti in rekreacijo iz regionalnih proračunov Češke republike v letih 2010 in 2018 se preverjajo s korelacijsko in regresijsko analizo. Rezultati so pokazali razlike med samoupravnimi regijami na Češkem v javnih izdatkih za šport in prostočasne dejavnosti ter rekreacijo na prebivalca kot delež skupnih odhodkov regij v letih 2010 in 2018, kar potrjuje tudi regresijski model. Dodeljena finančna sredstva samoupravnih regij na Češkem so večinoma povezana s splošnim gospodarskim potencialom, demografskimi in političnimi dejavniki in preferencami pri financiranju posameznih območij javnega sektorja.
