Vloga deležnikov pri vzpostavljanju miru po konfliktih v pokrajini Swat v Pakistanu

Vzpostavljanje miru je nenehni proces za preoblikovanje konfliktov v priložnosti za razvoj za in s strani deležnikov. Ta prispevek preučuje vlogo deležnikov pri vzpostavljanju miru po konfliktih v pokrajini Swat. Z uporabo konstruktivistične paradigme in analizo razprav je bilo izvedenih 80 polstrukturiranih intervjujev z vključitvijo lokalne skupnosti, civilne družbe in vlade. V raziskavi smo ugotovili, da kulturni, politični, družbeni in gospodarski stebri ukrepov za vzpostavitev miru v pokrajini Swat skoraj nikoli niso dosegli svojega namena. Pomanjkanje institucionalnega usklajevanja in vrzeli v ukrepih za vzpostavitev miru so pomembne ovire, ki jih je treba karseda zmanjšati za procese trajnostnega razvoja v pokrajini Swat.
