Vpliv fiskalne decentralizacije na lokalni gospodarski razvoj v Srbiji

Srbija je tranzicijska država, ki je doživela močne negativne učinke prelitja zaradi svetovne finančne krize in posledične dolžniške krize v evrskem območju. Obenem je kandidatka za pristop k Evropski uniji. Uspešnost lokalnega gospodarskega razvoja verjetno vpliva na izglede za okrevanje gospodarstva in uspešen proces integracije EU, v prispevku pa je analiziran doprinos fiskalne decentralizacije k uspešnemu lokalnemu gospodarskemu razvoju. Analiza temelji na presečnem regresijskem modelu časovne vrste, ki kaže pozitivni učinek lokalnih javnih odhodkov na gospodarski razvoj. Odhodki za izobraževanje imajo še posebej močan učinek na lokalni gospodarski razvoj, tako kot naložbe na prebivalca iz javnih in zasebnih virov. V prispevku smo prišli do zaključka, da je fiskalna decentralizacija v Srbiji privedla do izboljšanega lokalnega gospodarskega razvoja.
