Ženske na vodstvenih položajih v javnem sektorju – Primeri iz Srbije

Povzetek

Vloga žensk v družbi z vsakim dnem narašča. Ženske, tako kot moški, dosegajo pomembne poslovne rezultate, vendar njihovi dosežki pogosto niso ovrednoteni na enak način. Kljub izjemni predanosti delu, ki ga opravljajo, se še vedno nahajajo na tako imenovanem "steklenem stropu", ki pomeni ovire, ki jim preprečujejo, da bi napredovale na boljše položaje ter da bi bile enako vrednotene in plačane kot moški. V današnjem času je opaziti veliko željo in prizadevanje v vseh slojih družbe in države, da bi se te razmere spremenile in da bi ženske imele možnost dokazati svoje sposobnosti na najbolj odgovornih položajih, tako v podjetjih kot v javnem sektorju. Ta prispevek izhaja iz izhodišča, da moški niso favorizirani pred ženskami na vodstvenih položajih v državni upravi v Srbiji in da so glavni predpogoji za opravljanje teh funkcij znanje, izobrazba in delovne izkušnje.
