Ocena finančnega poslovodenja mest v povezavi s političnimi cikli z uporabo CV-TOPSIS

Povzetek

Politični cikel in njegov vpliv na gospodarstvo običajno spremljamo na makroekonomski ravni. V tujini se pojavljajo študije, ki analizirajo vpliv političnih ciklov na gospodarstvo na ravni teritorialne samouprave. Namen prispevka je ocena učinka političnih ciklov na finančno poslovodenje občin na vzorcu 69 okrožij v Slovaški Republiki v obdobju 2007-2017. Rezultati kažejo na pomembno heterogenost tako na ravni posameznih mest kot na ravni primerjav rezultatov iz preteklih let. Na podlagi ugotovljenih razlik na ravni političnih ciklov smo s pomočjo metode CV-TOPSIS analizirali razlike med rezultati za vsako leto posameznega političnega cikla. Finančna poslovodenja analiziranih mest se med seboj zelo razlikujejo in povečanje izdatkov mest ni vedno povezano s političnim ciklom.
