Kako vzpostaviti uspešen regionalni ekosistem novoustanovljenih podjetij: analiza oblikovanja politik

Povzetek

V članku analiziramo regionalne ekosisteme novoustanovljenih podjetij v Jugovzhodni Evropi in ukrepe politik, ki se izvajajo v posameznih ekosistemih. Izkaže se, da med različnimi ekosistemi novoustanovljenih podjetij obstajajo razlike, kar zadeva stopnjo podpornih ukrepov in pri uspešnost ustvarjanja, podporo rasti in zadržanje lokalnih novoustanovljenih podjetij ter pritegnitev novoustanovljenih podjetij iz drugih regij. Iz rezultatov je razvidno, da snovalci politik lahko pripomorejo k vzpostavitvi privlačnih ekosistemov ter tako ustvarijo poslovna okolja, ki lahko opazno okrepijo privlačnost svojega ekosistema za domača novoustanovljena podjetja in pritegnejo tuja. Če to uspe, pride do pozitivnega cikla stalnega povečevanja privlačnosti regionalnega ekosistema novoustanovljenih podjetij.
