Dobro upravljanje in javno zaupanje: ocenjevanje učinka mediacije e-uprave v Pakistanu

Upravne prakse so že od nekdaj priznane kot ključno orodje za vzpostavitev dobrega upravljanja. Trdni dokazi kažejo, da dobro upravljanje močno vpliva na odnos državljanov do uprave. Ta študija empirično proučuje, kako dobro upravljanje krepi javno zaupanje z morebitno mediacijsko vlogo e-uprave. Opravljena je bila terenska raziskava, v kateri so bili vprašalniki razdeljeni 1000 Pakistancem. Stopnja odziva je bila 76,3-odstotna. Podatki so bili analizirani z analizo potrditvenih dejavnikov in modeliranjem strukturnih enačb. Rezultati so potrdili vzročno povezavo med dobrim upravljanjem in javnim zaupanjem. Poleg tega so rezultati pokazali tudi, da e-uprava igra vlogo posrednika v odnosu med dobrim upravljanjem in javnim zaupanjem. Ugotovitve so lahko uporabne tako za raziskave kot tudi za oblikovanje politike, saj je bil proučen pogled državljanov na dobro upravljanje, javno zaupanje in e-upravo.
