Migrantski delavci v južnokorejskih lokalnih skupnostih: k dostojnejšim delovnim pogojem

Povzetek

Namen tega članka je preučiti slabe delovne pogoje migrantskih delavcev v južnokorejskih lokalnih skupnostih in raziskati, kako bi lahko dosegli boljše delovne izkušnje v dimenzijah zaposlitve in delovnih pogojev, socialne varnosti, osnovnih pravic na delovnem mestu, zastopstva delavcev in dialoga. Na podlagi analize je članek identificiral neprimerne delovne pogoje migrantskih delavcev: nizke plače ali zamujanje izplačil, pogoste nadure, izključenost iz programov socialnega zavarovanja, izpostavljenost diskriminaciji in verbalnemu nasilju, izključenost iz sindikatov panoge in slaba izhodišča pri pogajanjih za boljše plače.
