Trajna vrednost kot orodje za merjenje učinkovitosti v regiji

Uradniki se soočajo s potrebo po prikazu realnega stanja spremenljivega sveta. V preteklih desetletjih so vodstvene metode začele vstopati v javno upravo, kar je bilo poimenovano kot novo javno upravljanje. Ta pristop so delno kritizirali tako strokovnjaki kot tudi izvajalci, ker v zasebni sektor prinaša preveč ekonomskih in upravnih načel. Verjamemo, da je novo javno upravljanje še vedno odprto za nove izzive, a s poudarkom na vrednotah, ki veljajo za javno upravo. Uporaba upravljanja poslovne uspešnosti z metodologijo trajne vrednosti lahko predstavlja takšen izziv. Namen prispevka je predstaviti, spremeniti in uporabiti trajno vrednost kot orodje za upravljanje poslovne uspešnosti znotraj novega javnega upravljanja za uporabo na regionalni ravni pri merjenju učinkovitosti.
