Smernice za avtorje

General requirements:

  1. The authors are obligated to submit the paper written in Lex localis Article Form with Lex localis Title Page.
  2. The language of the manuscript submitted for consideration for possible publication will be evaluated by our editors to decide if it is of sufficient quality. The English language of the manuscript is strongly recommended to be checked by a specialist in the English language before submission.
  3. At the end of the paper has to be a literature list. All the sources of the list have to be referenced in the article.
  4. For any equations, please embed them using an equation editor (MathType).
  5. Papers should be prepared by means of Microsoft Word.
  6. Please note that we use CrossCheck™ software to screen papers for unoriginal material.
  7. Authors are obligated to submit Lex localis Author's Guarantee Form AND Plagiarism Report.

Vsi prispevko morajo zadostiti vsem zahtevam spodaj.

  • Prispevek še ni bil nikjer objavljen, niti ni v procesu objavljanja v kakšni drugi publikaciji (oziroma je razlaga podana v polju Komentarji uredniku).
  • Besedilo ustreza stilskim in bibliotehničnim zahtevam navodilih za avtorje.
  • Datoteka oddanega prispevka je v formatu Microsoft Word.
  • Članek je bil pripravljen na predlogi revije Lex localis.

Authors who publish with this press agree to the following terms:

There is no embargo period for accessing the published full text article. The owner of the copyright is author(s) under the license CC-BY Creative Commons Attribution License.

  • Must link to publisher version with DOI
