Public Policy Strategies for Enhancing Sports Towns Development: A Path to Targeted Poverty Reduction

As an important measure for Sports Poverty Alleviation, Sports Towns provide a new breakthrough for Targeted Poverty Reduction. In face of the current homogenization of development model of Sports Towns in China and inaccurate role of government's positioning, this paper explores the new development mode of Sports Towns under the vision of targeted poverty reduction by referring to 'Mashan Model', and it provides an innovative path for the development mode of Sports Towns by centering on the four cores of top-level design, industrial integration, innovative brand and human-oriented concept.
