Cultural diversity is increasingly becoming an important feature of university campuses. Among them, there are also cultural biases in teaching content, cross-cultural misunderstandings in teacher-student interactions, and neglect of cultural differences in curriculum design. This undoubtedly creates a serious cultural divide. This article focuses on the phenomenon of cultural divide in higher education. At the same time, this article explores its practical characteristics and proposes innovative strategies for cross-cultural teaching and inclusive learning environments. This article believes that it can promote the localization and integration of teaching content. Simultaneously strengthen cross-cultural interaction between teachers and students. And enhance teachers' cross-cultural teaching abilities. Strategies such as creating an inclusive campus environment, creating a diverse classroom atmosphere, and establishing evaluation mechanisms can also be adopted to bridge the cultural divide. This study aims to provide a feasible path for universities to promote the creation of an open higher education ecosystem.
