This study examines the importance of foreign partnerships as a strategic option for achieving local development in Algeria. These partnerships rely on attracting foreign direct investments and transferring knowledge and technology to stimulate economic growth and create job opportunities. However, Algeria faces challenges related to regulatory frameworks, bureaucracy, and a shortage of skilled labor. By analyzing the current state of foreign partnerships, the study recommends adopting flexible and investment-friendly policies to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development
