This study aims to examine the relationship between organizational integrity and institutional excellence in social care institutions in Greater Cairo, Egypt. The study employed a descriptive correlational approach, utilizing a social survey method to collect data from a random sample of 350 individuals, who completed a standardized questionnaire. The results showed a strong, statistically significant positive correlation (r = 0.833, p < 0.01) between organizational integrity and institutional excellence. It also showed that the four dimensions of organizational integrity (operating controls, purpose and principles, core values, and organizational culture) contribute significantly to achieving institutional excellence (R² = 0.704). The results confirm the importance of ethical governance and a values-based institutional culture in promoting institutional excellence. The study recommended the need to support internal operating controls, consolidate the values of integrity and transparency, and develop a culture of institutional accountability in social care institutions in Egypt.
