As the primary channel for cultivating high-level applied specialists, professional degree graduate education plays a crucial role in meeting the needs of the national economy and social development. In the new era, despite significant achievements, it is essential to accurately identify challenges and opportunities, scientifically respond to changes in the graduate education landscape, and proactively seek reforms to enhance the systemic, holistic, and synergistic nature of the system. Whole-process linkage cultivation is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of professional degree graduate education. It encompasses five core dimensions: linkage subjects, linkage content, linkage programs, linkage efficiency, and linkage ecology. This approach follows a multi-dimensional linkage logic, including horizontal co-temporal, vertical chronological, and three-dimensional full-time linkages, thereby enhancing the quality of professional graduate education and promoting the modernization process through systematic reorganization, integral reconfiguration, and synergistic integration.
