Abstract

This study has enabled us to identify the multiple diverse competences vested in the WilayaDirectorate of Commerce. On the one hand, it monitors the purely commercial practices undertaken by producers; on the other hand, it oversees practices related to the quality and characteristics of products. Collectively, these interventions aim to provide the best possible protection for consumers against the risk of harm from defective products.
