Možnosti in izzivi modela javno-zasebnega partnerstva za razvoj kitajske infrastrukture

Uporaba javno-zasebnih partnerstev za razvoj infrastrukture lahko ublaži visoke ravni javnega dolga, povezanega s temi projekti, hkrati pa spodbuja tudi nove naložbe. Razvili smo teoretično analizo infrastrukturnih projektov in uporabnosti javno-zasebnih partnerstev. Nato smo podali empirično analizo na podlagi statističnih podatkov iz baze javno-zasebnih partnerstev ministrstva za finance za obdobje 2013-2017. Na podlagi naših rezultatov ta prispevek ponuja razumne in učinkovite smernice za prestrukturiranje upravljanja javno-zasebnih partnerstev na Kitajskem, da bi izboljšali sodelovanje vladnih služb, zasebnega sektorja in javnosti v javno-zasebnih partnerstvih za razvoj infrastrukture.
