Spremembe v stanovanjskem diskurzu v štirih čeških občinah. Bodo mladi dobili podporo?

Povzetek

V postkomunističnih državah je bil v prvih letih stanovanjske politike po letu 1989 značilen umik države. Občine so imele pomembno vlogo v postopku privatizacije stanovanj na Češkem. Trideset let kasneje je v večjih mestnih središčih prišlo do globalnega zvišanja cen stanovanj. Mladi se soočajo s problemom zmanjševanja cenovne dostopnosti stanovanj. Analize programskih izjav volilnih strank in koalicijskih sporazumov v izbranih regionalnih središčih razkrivajo naraščajočo pomembnost tega vprašanja in spremembo celotnega stanovanjskega diskurza. Poleg tega so pojasnjene lokalne odvisnosti od preteklih odločitev in načini premostitve ideoloških razlik v koaliciji. Volilni programi se na splošno osredotočajo na mlade družine in ne na mlade na splošno. V krizi cenovne dostopnosti stanovanj imajo tiste skupine, ki imajo kaj ponuditi mestom, prednost v izjavah v strankarskih programih.
