Nostalgična ekonomija in prednostno življenjsko okolje na Slovaškem

Povzetek

Članek se osredotoča na načrtovanje mest z drugega zornega kota, kot je trenutno veljaven urbanistični in gospodarski razvoj, ki poudarja potrebo po gradnji velemest in pametnih mest, kar naj bi bila rešitev težav, ki jih srečujemo v mestnih okoljih. Naš prispevek nudi protiutež temu prepričanju, še posebej ob upoštevanju pogojev, kakršni so na Slovaškem. Namen tega članka je analizirati, kakšnim življenjskim okoljem dajejo prednost Slovaki na vzorcu 496 anketirancev, ter obravnavati novi izraz “nostalgična ekonomija”. Nostalgična ekonomija pojasnjuje, da lahko občutja nostalgije služijo kot gospodarsko in ustvarjalno gibalo, kot spodbuda za naložbeno, stanovanjsko in urbanistično načrtovanje. Glavni sklep postreže z dokazi za to trditev, saj je večina anketirancev prednostno izbrala življenjsko okolje, ki je manj natrpano in manj mestno.
