THE IMPORTANCE OF USING AND APPLYING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE METHODS TO IMPROVE THE ADMINISTRATIVE PERFORMANCE OF SPORTS FEDERATIONS. A FIELD STUDY OF SOME ALGERIAN SPORTS FEDERATIONS

Abstract

The study primarily aimed to highlight the importance of using and applying artificial intelligence methods to improve the administrative performance of some sports federations, as well as the services provided by Algerian sports federations. It also sought to develop and improve these services in line with their aspirations, the requirements of technological development, and the reforms of the relevant ministry. We used a descriptive analytical approach in the study, with the sample including 35 employees from sports federations. A questionnaire was used to collect data, which was then analyzed using the SPSS statistical analysis program. The study results showed that the use of artificial intelligence methods contributes to improving and developing the administrative performance of sports federations, in terms of management quality and achieving sporting results.
