This study aims to examine the impact of three key emotional intelligence dimensions—Self-Awareness (SA), Self-Regulation (SR), and Social-Awareness (SOA)—on Job Performance (JB) using a path model approach. A quantitative research design was employed, utilizing a structural path model to test the hypothesized relationships among the variables. The strength and significance of the relationships were evaluated through standardized path coefficients. The analysis revealed that: Self-Awareness (SA) had a significant positive effect on Job Performance (β = .558, ***p < 0.001), Social-Awareness (SOA) also showed a significant positive impact (β = .249, ***p < 0.001), Self-Regulation (SR) did not have a significant effect on Job Performance (β = .039, ns).
