Abstract

This study focuses on the digital age, deeply analyzes the relationship between transformational leadership and corporate innovation behavior, and explores strategies to promote their collaborative development from a public policy perspective. By sorting out relevant theories and conducting empirical analysis, this study reveals the impact path of various dimensions of transformational leadership on corporate innovation behavior. Research has found that transformational leadership can significantly promote innovative behavior in enterprises, and public policies play an important role in regulating and supporting it. Reasonable policy guidance, resource allocation, and institutional guarantees can help strengthen the driving effect of transformational leadership on enterprise innovation, providing strong support for enterprises to enhance their innovation capabilities in the digital wave. This study provides theoretical and practical guidance for business managers and policy makers, helping enterprises achieve digital transformation and innovative development.
