Abstract

Organizational communication has come to receive great attention from thinkers of management science and managers of institutions, since it is considered among the factors through which the organization seeks to achieve its objectives and to reach solutions to the various organizational conflicts and problems that it faces. These are considered one of the natural phenomena that may occur in any organization, whether productive or service-oriented. And in an attempt to enrich the cognitive field in the area of organizational communication and to examine the appropriate approach capable of resolving these conflicts, this study came, which shows its scientific importance in guiding officials and managers, and directing them toward the central role and the strategic function of effective communication in the organization, and the extent of its contribution to reducing the severity of conflict and the way of dealing with it.
